        Our Annual Gala took place Friday, October 6 th here at the Museum Center at 5ive Points, and our
theme was Cleveland Really Cooks –Celebrating our Past Igniting our Future as we honor over 100 years of appliance manufacturing with our past and present stove companies, Brown Stove Works, Inc. and Whirlpool Corporation. This black tie affair was a celebration of the Museum’s accomplishments and included a live auction, dinner, and live music.  Our live band this year was Love, Peace, and Happiness from Chattanooga.

  • Enchanted Fairy Garden Party - Explore the whimsical world of fairies as local authors Carol Hoops and Kathy Thaggard read their story, Treehouse Fairies of Merrywood. Up to 8 children (ages 4+) are invited to attend. Wear fairy costumes and bring objects found in nature to use in decorating your very own fairy treehouse at the enchanted Morning Glory Cottage in Callaway Gardens (Cleveland, TN). 
  • Murder Mystery Dinner Party for 8 at the home of  Matthew and Tara Brown - Matthew and Tara Brown will host eight guests who will enjoy a gourmet meal prepared on a FiveStar range, excellent wines, and lots of laughter while revealing scandalous personal details in an attempt to solve the mystery of which guest is guilty of murder. Guests must have a great sense of humor, be prepared to dress the part of your assigned character, and most of all be ready for a fun night with your friends.  
  • Highland Fling -Chef Marty Rosenfeld of Highlands, NC will conduct a private cooking experience in the home of Lynn DeVault and Glo Ghegan. The winner will receive the benefit of decades of culinary experience, superb wines, extraordinary cuisine and an inviting venue.  This will be a terrific evening! Schedule after the New Year.
