Moves and Motion Series: Beginning Yoga

This class is a one hour, Beginner Friendly Flow. It focuses on connecting movements with breath and incorporates poses which combine strengthening and stretching. A $5 donation is suggested.

***Although beginner friendly, this class will involve standing and pressure on the knees and wrists.

Kaley Strawn has been practicing yoga for about four years now and became a 200 hour certified yoga instructor at Asheville Yoga Center in January 2018. She is passionate about yoga as a sustainable form of exercise and as a means to relieve stress in a chaotic and noisy world. Kaley is a native of Cleveland, TN and when she isn't practicing yoga, she spends time with her husband and their dog. She graduated from Lee University with an Art Degree and is passionate about making the world a better place through knowing God and loving one another.
